TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Services Provided : Our cleaning company provides professional cleaning services to our clients, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning. Our services are provided by our trained and insured cleaning professionals.
Service Agreement : By hiring our cleaning company, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Our services are provided on a recurring or one-time basis, as agreed upon by the client and the cleaning company.
Payment : Payment for our services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with the cleaning company. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Any returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
Cancellation Policy : We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee.
Liability : Our cleaning company carries liability insurance to protect our clients in the event of accidental damage or injury during our services. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear on items or surfaces in the home or office.
Access to Premises : It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the premises for our cleaning professionals. If access cannot be provided, the client may be charged a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee : We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to make it right.
Safety : Our cleaning professionals will take reasonable precautions to ensure their own safety and the safety of the client and their property during the cleaning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that occur as a result of the client’s negligence or failure to provide a safe working environment.
Privacy : Our cleaning company respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties.
Termination of Services : Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. The cleaning company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of this agreement.
Amendments : These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by the cleaning company at any time, with or without notice to the client.
